The Brand & Concept:but it is bread? The not bread brand is a play on words because it’s not just bread. The concept is that we are not selling bread, we are selling the possibility of many delicious meals and lunches. Not many people eat a plain slice of bread because the bread forms the base of the meal. There are various graphics that have been used to reinforce this concept within the packaging. Consumers are essentially being encouraged, through the packaging, to take the challenge to create mouth watering meals with the bread.
